I havhave a contract with MTN A***,they sent me a bill for R789 claiming it was from 3years ago. When I ask them they tell me it was due to incorrect billing, why am I paying for their mistake. But I paid anyway, hoping that it doesn't happen again. Now they send me a bill that is in arreas and I can't reach them in anyway. The statement doesn't show the R1195 that I paid. Instead they keep on adding more money. I want them to close this account and never have anything to do with them ever again. Even my friends are complaining about MTN.
