MTN is a ****!!! Renewing contract I don't own

MNT has been deducting a monthly fee for the number I have never owned 😭😭😭.. For the past 24 months...I am now told I am paying for it on month basis... I have been to the branch to ask for cancellation and repayment...083 447 2*** .. They confirmed that that is not my number, I informed them that I want a full refund, I was told to go to Head Office....

Today they called me to renew the account.... a Durban landline number as *** to renew contract 😭😭😭...I wonder how many individuals have been ****med out of their wits....by institutions like MNT
