I write this email in soo much disgust MTN is a ****... My husband took a contract in September and since then we have been billed more the we had agreed on the lady assisted him on line by the name of moyetsi .... The agreement was a P40 lite and p40 5g for 650 each month the 1st debit was over 1000 and when asked they said its the iPhone included yet the contract had ended... The second Month it was double the amount till date we are given a run around on the billing at the store they refuse to help today we got a debit of 2000 for things that are not even worth 2000... So if this is not fixed we are reposting MTN to icasa and the ombudsman since they see us as fool that during the month we told it will be corrected but come debit order day it's a different story... De demand a refund and the only thing we agreed to is 2 phone no connect z Sim that they keep charging us for. NADIA your team leader should be fired she does nothing but gives excuses and lies.

Fix this ASAP or I am taking it further.
