MTN is a problem! In fact it's sh*t! A lot of people have been complaining about it. Even unati complaint about it a few weeks back!

I have been calling MTN for days telling them that money has not been deducted in my account, as they had said they would, days after day I've been calling to find out why they haven't deducted, and I was told that a request was sent to my bank to deduct the amount, today 5 days later. MTN sms me to tell me that they didn't find money in my account when money has been in my account all this time! Now instead of deducting the agreed amount of R199. 50, now I am told that I owe R 211. 00 because money was not found in my account when money has been in my account, now what's funny is that all the other debit orders got the money from the 24th to the 29th and only THEM didn't get the money, how? Now I should be penalized for their mistake of not deducting on the agreed date!
