MTN IS A POOR servise provider

Im so disapointed with MTN. I lost my phone now insurance needs an itemised billing from my service provider which is MTN. I was told i mist send my email adress to 30988. Since the third of janiary i have been sening those smses with no reply. I called call center ddnt receive any help. When to the store in vredendal still no help. Now my claim is rejected.
