Mtn is a ****, please stay away from mtn guys, these guys r ******

Mtn has a very poor customer service, I bought voice bundles, for above 380 minutes, my minutes mysteriously dissappeared. The most frustrating thing is that I hv been calling 135 almost everyday, and the only response I get from the consultant everytime I call is that they will escalate it.

How do they escalate it with their technical team for over a week and still there is no resolution of my missing NG minutes
