MTN IS A PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER.

Worst experience i have ever had for people reading this please read and do not take out mtn insurance they are pathetic.

My story goes like this my cellphone was water damaged, they took it had it for over a month trying to fix while refusing to replace it after my many requests. When the device came back it many different faults but it had PASSED QUALITY CONTROL.So my device was taken back to mtn repair centre fast foward a month and a half they still have my device still refuse to replace it. I have been calling for 2 weeks now and if they dnt drop my call once i give them my credentials then i get told my device is with the repair centre i will get a phone call, for over a month nobody has called me once to tell me whats going on i have to keep calling their latest response to my call has been that my device has failed quality control its gone back to the technician they have been telling me this for the past 2 weeks now. I require a device for me to effectively do my job so im borrowing peoples phones to use so i dnt lose my job MTN just dont care i have requested my device be replaced countless times but they are refusing to listen to my plea and they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor but all the while they are still taking my money.

I plead with anybody involved with MTN think twice this is basically theft now i dnt even know if i will ever get my device back my lawyer advised to wait another few days then we will take action. THIS MTN IS PATHETIC STAY FAR FROM THEM
