MTN is a pathetic service provider
I have been a loyal customer of MTN for +8 years if not longer. I have had 2 late payments in 8+ years and they suspend your account of all services due to a late payment of a few days. They have not tried to negotiate a payment plan with me and have not even contacted me to make payment arrangements before suspending all services. I have now paid and a day later my phone is still suspended. Far beyond pathetic and I cannot wait to go over to Telkom once this contract is over. I am with 2 other service providers and MTN is by far the worst service provider. The late payment was due to my employer and not even myself, but MTN has not done anything from their side to make payment arrangements.
