MTN is a Pathetic service provider

My contract line has been suspended even though I have paid, I called 4 different consultants who confirmed that my line will be activated after 15 minutes of restarting the phone to no victory. The service is so pathetic, and I even think these consultants are trained to say the same thing. They all struggle to open my line but they can all confirm that my payment is reflecting and my account is in order. My money they have but service dolololo....
