Mtn is a pathetic network provider

If I could give minus 10 stars to a company this would be it!!!! Mtn network is just pathetic,I went a whole week without network not even being able to load a page on my browser....it's a pity I can't attach screenshots to this message because I have plenty where I can't even access mtn's own app!!!! After one week of no network and emailing them,chatting on Twitter with them to phoning the mtn coverage control centre on *** I get exactly one week of decent network(not great,just decent) the same problem starts again on Sunday where I can't even make a call. I even pinpointed the exact tower to them and even go as far as suggesting that they just completely switch the tower off so that we can get better signal from a different tower....if I drive 3 streets in the opposite direction I get so much better signal...my kid's are schooling and in this day and age internet is a necessity for school homework. Mtn are very quick to increase their prices for the second year in a row but their network is simply pathetic!!! Why should I let go of my hard earned money for a service that's non existent? Many of my family and neighbors are complaining of the same issue. I demand a full refund for the week I was unable to use a service I am billed for. My contract is up during this year and I'll definitely be closing wisely this time around.
