Mtn is a **** or it just likes taking our money

This network is the absolute worst. I buy a R50 airtime and it doesn't show, there's no record that I bought it except that recharge message but when I check fir a detailed balance, my airtime is not there so now I can't buy data, even if I try to buy a R5 thing, it still says opps! Not enough balance but I just bought i R50 airtime. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME
