MTN is a *$%$^& of a business. *******

MTN is currently forcing me to pay an amount of money that I know nothing about. They too do not even know what the money is for or where that money comes from. I am extremely angry and I want this matter solved. I have been sent from pillar to post and still no one knows anything.

In June 2020, I short paid my account by R100. The contract only requires R500. They made me pay R150. I did. Then suddenly they suspend my phone and claim that I owe R3000. Which cloud did MTN swim in to decide that a R500 contract suddenly costs R3000!!!. Even now, I have not been given a straight answer. 3 ****** months and no one can tell me how they slept on the keyboard and typed a crazy amount that makes no sense.
