Mtn is a nonsense network

I am not happy with mtn at all I have home internet with them their internet lasted 2 weeks and I had to buy a speed recovery for 7 days for the remaining 2 weeks , I had uncapped wifi. I am trying to cancel the contract but they are not cancelling it at all. I have called them 3 times and they always say they will escalate the matter to the right SR department to cancel but still they haven't cancelled the home internet
