Mtn is a no go

I opened a month to month contract with MTN and canceled it after a few month due to the data always running out mid month,I emailed and called about a cancellation.A customer care consultant even called me to confirm my cancellation and that I’d be paying until the next month.Which I did,they called me to try give me another offer to stay and I declined.Somehow they have decided to go again my wishes and are still charging me and ruining my credit.Worst experience.MTN makes ******** orders and will ***** from you
