MTN IS A NIGHTMARE!

Worst service received from MTN. I have been struggling with getting connected to the internet for close to two months and everyday when I report the issue, no one seems to care.

I always get told that they are experiencing issues with their network towers in my area but no one seems to be trying to resolve it. 2 months? In an era where we work from home and we rely on the internet? Unacceptable!

I would NOT recommend that anyone looking for a service provider join MTN. It is a nightmare and they don’t care!
