Mtn is a nightmare

Never order online router from Mtn, they use DSV as courier and delivered a week later a faulty router, after spending hundreds of rands on calls to both companies, I decided to drive to Mokopane Mtn, where I was told to call mtn and have it repaired, (2 to 3 weeks), so again called Mundu who said to cancel and re apply in store, and get the reference number to be refunded. Been in the shop for 3 hours, worst service in store from Richard, especially because I had 2 strokes 3 months ago, walking with a cane, disabled and was qued 3 times.
