MTN IS A ****! MTN ITS FRUAD!

I had two contracts with MTN which ended last month (from September 2021-September 2023). On the 3rd of October 2023 I send them an email requesting for Settlement letter/Paid-up letter and they responded by sending me a reference number. Now they have continued my contract without my permission. They have even send me statements bill and top up my account with data and airtime without my concern. Is it really fair? Mtn does not care about its customers . When i call them for assistant they transfer me from one department to other .I REGRET THE DAY I TOOK A CONTRACT WITH THEM.
