MTN is a mistake....think before you take their services or products

I just got my MTN router and have installed everything...only to find that it does not work. So...I have spent a very long time on their customer care line and nobody is answering the phone. What do I do now? I am really starting to regret that I have done this. Customer support seems to be somethinfg that MTN is unable to give to it's customers
