MTN IS A ****MER

MTN debited more money than they were supposed and I’ve been calling for the past 4 months to no help. With every interaction I have to prove myself over and over again on how much I’m owed. Starting from the very bedtime next thing you’ll get an email saying case closed but nothing has been resolved nor has the money been devoted to the account.
