MTN is a ****mer! Avoid giving them business

I took two WiFi deals from telesales only to find out there is no coverage at the areas. I was to told to re turn the routers to the store within 14days, which I did but the store refused to take them asking motivation letter from me which I must still get from MTN. I took weeks for MTN to give such motivation after calling daily. I returned them and cancelled the contract. I’ve been debited since November and I called to complain they said I must send my bank statement for refund in December. I didn’t get my refund and still got debited in January. If you really want peace of mind, avoid joining MTN
