Mtn is a ****mer

I bought two contract cellphone with Mtn. And wanted to use the old numbers. The sales person made mistake when doing the number swap. She even gave me a new sim card and claim that she will pay for it because is her fault. She promise that she will activate the number within 24 hours. My other number already received the package three times. The other one none. But the debit is going throw. I called her to make follow up she told me that she cancelled the contract she will do a new contract. She did that without my knowledge She said it takes 3 days to cancel and do a new contract. Is almost 3 months now I'm paying a contract that I'm not getting the agreed package. I tried to call Mtn customer service they are sending me back to the store. They een gave me a reference number when I call the following day for follow up only to be told my reference is invalid. I regret having contract with MTN.
