MTN IS A ****MER

MTN is such a ****, I received a call from one of their agents who does upgrades on contracts I spoke to this lady who sold me an upgrade the next thing I’m getting SMS’s from MTN to things I didn’t agree to so I called them to cancel and they’re not helping me because they are saying that the people who upgrade my account they are their offsite agents who I would have to call myself to cancel and they gave me a number to call which doesn’t go through *** that number asks for a code which I was not given. I have a contract with MTN and they don’t want to cancel my contract, their call center agents are so rude and not helpful at all. And this is not the first time they are doing something like this they don’t care about their customers, they have contracts with these companies who call us and present themselves as MTN and they do these so called contracts upgrade when we want to cancel MTN doesn’t help they’re a big ****
