Mtn is A LIEN COMPANY

Good day, I am tyoing with an unhappy heart to complain about Thulani Robert Mnisi. He sold me a route plug n go from mtn over the phone I asked him several times if it's uncapped he said yes jus the speed will slow down. Not even half the month went and the service was slow not even working little did I know it wasn't uncapped. Go into the store to hear there's an unfair usage **** that they offer which Thulani did not tell me about so before the month ended I went to bluff store to canceled a guy Taylin assisted me and done his part today I get debited from mtn wen on the system it's canceled I can not reverse or stil this debit order. Mtn needs to refund me but the online service providers are quite taking a situation not serous and I'm very unhappy with thulanis services if you can't explain that means you need more training. In bluff they advised a ticket was sent and an email to investigate aswell as due to false selling I'll get back the R480 o got debited the 1st month got and not even half way this ******* router didn't give uncapped so I want my money or else I'll make it go live all over ombudsman medias paper will know about this I've got chats and emails stating things Thulani you r boss I hope they deal with you accordingly.

Unhappy client don't take nothing from mtn they are ****s their network is nonsense and the don't have nothing uncapped it's all a lie.
