MTN IS A **** AND CHEAT TO PASS HELLOPETER RATINGS

I am raising this matter cause MTN took 2 days to respond to my 1st report on yellow Peter yet they don't do anything to resolved my problems. Well done you have passed the test of ticks. Let me give what let to this conclusion. on the 10/09/2015 I sent presentation to object MTN's rejection of my cellphone claim (***). I didn't get response and wrote report to Hello Peter on 6/10/2015 and response was received on hellos Peter on *** in 2days that somebody will consult me. I only receive email 09/10/2015 form MTN to give alternative number(***) cause I was at meeting in Nutting House guesthouse where there is poor network. I called MTN from the 10/10/2015 also responded to their email that my number is working. During my consultation I was told the person who tried to call me was Bridget and they could not find her on her desk. I gave my numbers for her to call me and it never happened. Also continued to call holding my phone up to 45 to 55 minutes all the time until it drop. I also continued to consult with MTN shop at Riverside who also escalated it to MTN managers for several times with no response. So MTN is a cheat and ****
