MTN IS A KILLER!!!!!

Long story short!!!!!...So I app**** for something and got decline for it. Had to call Credit Bureau to see what's happening on there bcz according to me I no debt evrything is paid up. Anyway get a response back saying that MTN still shows along with a few other places still show on my profile. Ok, so I contact the other places and they send me letter proving as soon as I ended the call with them. I was at MTN they can't assit me I called the c/centre nobody can help me...eventually got through to a Chandre in prepaid dep who said they would email it. Stressed the urency of that letter. Today's a new day and still no damn email. <br> I NEED HAVE TGIS SENT TO ITC to clear MY name, wot don't you guys understand? Today an agent actually the put down the phone in MY ear...her been the fourth agent I spke to within 1 hour. Geez...<br> <br> ITC are waiting for my documents to clear my name. Nd wen I ended my contract wth mtn they re assured me my contact is now cancelled.....u guys are making my profile look bad at ITC. Nd now I can't apply for anything within the next 21days because of this as per instruction from itc<br> <br> <br> I WANT AN URGENT RESPONSE. #Copied to Facebook.
