MTN is a joke seriously

What a joke. I cancelled my contract and explicitly indicated that i dont want a month to month contract but they decided to place me on a month to month. Thank God i go through my statements and mails. MTN has been ripping me off. I thereafter called to try resolve this and was on the line for 2hours before i got assisted. When i finally got through i was told the system is offline. 2Hours of waiting for nothing!!1
