MTN is a joke!!!!

For a second time in a week MTN is suspending my service without any reason why. This morning when I called I was passed from one uneducated "service champion" to another. The 5th one promised me they are reconnecting my service....only now releasing that she was lying as it is not done. Nobody at MTN can give me a reason why my service is suspended, as my account is actually in credit (overpaid) with R500. Luckily my contract end soon and I will not used these clowns again!!!!
