MTN is a joke

MTN has such poor service . I always have a problem one way or the other, l paid MTN and am being billed twice for the same month, they closed my phone for the first time l sent them the proof of payment and they opened it now they closed it a again they saying l must pay twice ,MTN is such useless l have been paying on time and it’s almost a year yet it’s not reflecting on my credit profile . This people they are such a joke . If you go to the branch you ask them they tell you they don’t know
