MTN is a joke!!!!! Cancel my contract!!!!

It has been 5 weeks since I tried to upgrade. Since cyber Monday. I have called môre times I can count, gone on the website, emailed and DM'd MTN and I have still not upgraded. Why have a cyber Monday special if it doesn't work???? I have the screenshot to prove my attempts.

I am yet to receive any resolution from MTN. After all this time.

Its best to cancel at this point and move on. What a joke.
