MTN is a JOKE

Upgraded my phone on the 1st November at Keywest Krugersdorp. In the NEW package I must get 20Gig data free. Its today the 16th and NO data. They also took away 180 free minutes that I paid for on my previous contract. Tried now 3 days to phone them and sort this **** out. They keep transfering me from person to person with no joy. Lets see if I am going to pay them the end of this month. Or are we seeing us on a legal forum.
