MTN IS A JOKE

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my iPhone 13 contract phone. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I was met with inconsistent information, unfulfilled promises, and a general lack of concern for my situation.

Here is a detailed account of my experience:

- November 8th: My sister took my phone to the MTN branch in Tygervalley Mall due to battery issues. We were told to bring the box and relevant details, and they would take the phone in.

- A few days later: She returned to the store with the required documents but was informed that I needed to take the phone to the Johannesburg store. This was unreasonable and caused significant inconvenience.

- I called the MTN help desk and was told I could take the phone to any branch and would be given a temporary phone. However, when my sister visited another MTN branch, they took the phone in but refused to provide a temporary phone, contradicting the help desk's assurance.

I am extremely frustrated with the level of service I received. As a contract phone customer, I expect a certain level of service and support. Instead, I was met with inconsistent information, unfulfilled promises, and a general lack of concern for my situation.

There was no formal communication from MTN regarding the repair status. I traveled back and forth, wasting time and resources. How will you compensate me for that?

I've wasted countless hours and resources trying to resolve this issue and am appalled at the lack of accountability. I submitted my contract phone for repair on November 8th, and it's still not resolved.

Despite my efforts, I've been met with miscommunication, blame-shifting, and a complete disregard for my time. Today, I visited the head office, and the staff's audacity is staggering. I'm being blamed for taking out a contract online.

I demand a temporary phone or a replacement for the same model. I want a resolution, not more empty promises. MTN, get your act together! Your customers deserve better.

I've been **** to by multiple stores, each giving me conflicting information and false promises. It's clear that there's a massive communication breakdown within your organization.

Let me be clear: I WILL NOT STOP PURSUING THIS MATTER UNTIL IT'S RESOLVED. I've wasted too much time and energy on this already. I demand a concrete solution, not more empty promises or excuses.

I expect a higher level of service, especially considering the length of time this issue has been ongoing. Fix this, MTN. Now.
