MTN is a joke

I am trying to do a upgrade on my current contract, but MTN statements show my account is in arrears. I spoke with the call center agent who informed me that he cannot see where this amount is coming from and he would escalate my query, that was last week Monday 07/09/2020, they informed me that the turn around time would be 2-24 hours, I've been calling almost everyday and they just keep telling me that basically the query has been resolved, but my profile has to be updated to reflect the correct amount.
