MTN is a joke

After waiting an entire month for the phone of a new contract to arrive. I then discovered that MTN had signed me up to an incorrect contract. As I write this I am speaking to the seventh MTN representative. The customer service department says they cant help and refer me to the sale department. The sale department then say they cant help and refer me to the customer service department. I have been bounced back on forth between these two departments for the better part of 2 hours. MTN seem themselves to not know what department does what. Absolutely pathetic.
