MTN is a joke

There was this sales company that is partnered with MTN to sell their products. I took a MTN contract through this agent that called me (which it was a success), later on I requested MTN to provide me with contract agreement. Now MTN refused to provide me with those document saying I must call the agent because they do not have contract agreement in their position, only the agent has it.

That's weird, they are my provider, how can they don't have a contractual agreement. The agent were performing duties of selling on behalf of (MTN).

This is not funny, but it's a joke.
