MTN IS A JOKE

I took out a month to month contract for home wifi in May. I paid for the first month upfront in store They then disconnected in June as July was not yet paid for. I queried this and we came to an arrangement that the debit order will run on th 4th of July for July.

Yesterday on the 2nd my line was disconnected due to non payment for July. Again I queried it and was finally explained that the debit order on the 4th will be for August and not July which I understand. I asked if I then pay double to get my services reconnected will they reconnect me and I was told it is impossible to reconnect me until August.

This is a fault on their end as they did not explain the debit order and payment properly from the start and I must now wait a whole month to have my issue resolved. This is absolutely ridiculous and I don't see how it can not be resolved now. I am willing to make payment but they still refuse to connect me if I pay.

DO NOT DEAL WITH MTN ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS. THEY ARE UTTERLY USELESS AND REFUSE TO FIX THEIR OWN ERRORS
