MTN is a joke
I am sick of being cut off from the world because MTN can't make their systems work. When I dial *141# it shows that I have more than enough airtime to make a call but when I try call I am told I "Have insufficient airtime to make a call". This is unacceptable as it has happened repeatedly since Saturday, 30 Nov when I topped up with airtime. I have also been experiencing an issue with MTN *****ing my data; I have switched cellular data off for everything and only use wifi, but still managed to "lose" 1 GB of data over 2 days. Fix your **** MTN!! I have been a loyal customer for 20 years but that will change very soon unless you stop *****ing my money.

03 Dec 2019, 08:50Thanks for responding (NOT!) I am still unable to make calls even though I have almost three hundred rand in airtime. If I need to call out and I am unable to because of your **** up and something happens to me as a result thereof, I WILL hold you liable.
