MTN IS A JOKE!!!

For the last 2 years that I've had a contract with MTN, it's been a total nightmare. Try calling there customer service line on 808 and get ready to hold for at least 30 minutes plus before the line dies before anyone on their side even bothers to pick up. There's no other contact number that they provide you to communicate with them because they have no clue how to interact with customers. So my initial email communication to MTN started on the 13 April 2015 almost a year ago. To date I have still not received a reply or much less a phone call from them. When my contract ended and I tried converting to prepaid I was given an outstanding balance from Thandolwethu Radebe to settle the account , I paid the amount and sent the confirmation of payment to her, she confirmed that she would advise the Retentions dept. to close the a/c. To my dismay I received another statement with another balance when I emailed Thandolwethu asking why the a/c was not closed in Sep 2015 she obviously did not reply, to this day I am still waiting. Went into Vangate branch and Wharda Groenewald confirmed the a/c was at the Legal dept which infuriated me. Emailed [Email Removed] still no reply SHOCKING!!!
