MTN IS A HUGE ****!!!

I am so disappointed with MTN and how they operate. They have even trained their consultants how to lie! My data contract expired in November 2021 and they offered me a new one for R259 per month for 50gig anytime and 30gig midnight. Instead of deducting R259, they are now deducting R539. MTN is a ****!!!!! I've been calling them non stop and their consultants have been promising to fix this and refund me but guess what? They deducted the same amount again this month.
