MTN IS A HUGE ****

I’ve been with MTN for a very long time. Potted my number from vodacom to MTN back in 2014 because of a phone contract. 2016 I took another phone contract with MTN. 2019 I settled my account and told myself that I want to be a prepaid customer. Apparently that’s not allowed with them. Instead my number was cancelled. My cellphone number doesn’t exist anymore. I logged a call with them on the 7th of February and I’m still waiting. I wouldn’t recommend this ***** network to anyone.
