MTN is a horror show

MTN South Africa must be the King when it comes to deliver horrible service. You are unable to chat to a consultant you have to keep selecting a number when you phone in until you don't have any numbers left to choose from, when you finally get through to a living person you just get transferred from the one to the next without telling you that you are being transferred and after all of this you still don't get through to anyone that's able to assist.

When you log a query on the website for a call back you receive an email that you will be contacted within 48 hours but it's now been a week and 2 days still no contact from anyone.
