Mtn is a ********** company

I am very frustrated as I type this. I have been complaining to mtn that I did not receive the 2 phone I did an upgrade on. That was on the 20th May 2018. I requested for the upgrade to be cancelled after realising that they are not delivering the phones as promised. Somebody within the mtn company de*****ed me and they stole those phones and now they have blacklisted me with ITC for non payment. I mean I can't pay for something I did not receive and use. They have promised to help me but because mtn is run by a bunch if ********** people they did not do so. Thandeka from mtn told me she will only cancel once they have received the phones back to their warehouse and those phones never even reached me. To this day nobody is willing to help solve my case. Maybe I should go open a case of ***** with the SAPS.
