MTN is a ***** they ***** from people

I had a contract that expired 8 october 2020 ***. I called on. The correct date to cancel and spoke to sifiso who said they will keep my contract kine open just incase I change my mind. He then said they'll give me 50 MB for 3 months for free and the contract will automatically change to contract 16 December. I asked is he is sure I am not going to be charged he said yes. Fast forward I was charged 98 x 4 months for that contract which I had canceled. I then had another contract which was due to lapse April 2021 which I canceled but to my surprise MTN has been charging me 586 on this particular contract instead of 380 I emailed I called they just keep logging queries which never get solved. I want my refund from MTN before I pay the 900 that they claim I owe but before that I need them yo credit me what they have been taking from my account. I have taken a decision to reverse their attempts to debit until this query is resolved. My account has been taken to legal but no one is prepared to credit me, I want my money just as much as they want their ls. I went to the branch twice. Everyone is just useless no one knws how to help.
