MTN is a *****

MTN is a ***** and they deserve every bit of what is happening to them financially. I always recharge my daughter's phone with airtime then bundles, and at times (most of the time) they deduct airtime instead of data. For example last night we recharged her phone with 60rands airtime and she had a total of about 84rands plus over 300mb data. In the morning she had 16rands and (over 200mb of data) from 84rands airtime. I called MTN and they rudely told me that is how the network work. For the love of life, in this day and age,how can a network swindle customers with a weak excuse like that. I have vodacom and I have NEVER had a similar occurrence. But in my research it seems like tons of people get ******** by MTN this way. What a joke!
