MTN IS A ****!

In July 2025 I got a call from a MTN agent, she said my contract monthly fee with them would be reduced from R628 to R556 and my data subscription increased. I agreed to that new contract only to get an invoice of R856. I called their customer care line to dispute the contract and was later called to be informed that they listened to the call recording and the agent made a false sale, despite this finding, they saying my old contract with them has expired and they can only give me a new contract with them as if it was my fault that the contract ended. I've not been refunded and this month they continue to debit R765. I regret having a contract with them honestly. MTN is. ****
