MTN is a ****!!!

I have two contracts with MTN. I called them in March because I wanted to close them. I was informed that I need to pay a cancellation fee and call them after so they can assist with closing these contracts. All this was done and I made a call on the 6th of March 3023. The Agent confirmed that my contracts were closed successfully. MTN is now deducting money again. Why? I sent more than three emails to their complaints department with no response. I called several times and they keep transferring me from one department to another. There’s an Indian lady that I last spoke to yesterday and she dropped the call!! Very rude that one!!!!!
