MTN is a ****

2021 i app**** for a simcard contract via online,the in 2 days time i decided to cancel the contract,i went to MTN shop in mall of the south and they told me to cancel it via online because i app**** online.I realized that the contract is still active and i called them and they gave a reference number that my query has been escalated and the were lying.I have more than 20 reference numbers and still i am not getting any help,last year i was handed over to Nimble solutions that i am owing MTN,i told their Manager Sabelo Dludla all the story and even emailed all the evidence that i don't have an account with MTN.He promised to escalate the matter to cancelation department,i followed it up last years August and he said they are still busy with it.This year they listed my name on credit bureau and they forced me to pay R2505 so that my name can be canceled on the credit bureau.I need help because i ended up paying R2505 even though i never had any contract with MTN,i feel like MTN is ****ming people
