MTN IS A ****

I took an IPhoone 13 on contract with MTN and insured it with MTN as well. My phone got ****** in July. I claimed it from MTN and they still haven't gotten back to me and it has been a month now. Whenever I call, they tell me that it is going to take five days to get a new phone. The call center team is never helpful instead they hang up whilst I'm talking to them. MTN has deducted their money, yet I still don't have a phone.
