I had a contract with mtn, they refused to cancel the contract as I requested upon expiry date though a gave a 30 days notice. I made long and numerous phone calls and wrote many emails and they did budge. Up until I wrote an email to Goods and Services Ombudsman they sent an email confirming that my contract was canceled.
