MTN Is a disgrace to the telecommunications industry

I took a data and router contract last month. It took them 3 days to get it working. But a week later it stopped working. I have been sending emails to MTN from 20 August 2020 and I never received any help. Today I went to the MTN store and they couldn’t solve the problem. I was told we are logging a service request. I’m disappointed, I’m just a new customer but I want the contract to end already. Think thrice before you do business with MTN
