MTN is a disgrace to South Africa

I have had the most frustrating and difficult experience with MTN, I have had a legal status that needs to be removed & since May 2023 nothing has happened! I keep getting billed & my credit score keeps getting knocked! I have been into stores and tried calling without any help! Everytime they say my account is with Legal… whatever that means!!!
